Ingredients
  

  • 1⁄2 cup non-dairy yogurt (we like coconut-milk yogurt)
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1⁄4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1⁄2 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 3 macadamia nuts chopped
  • 1 tb shredded coconut unsweetened

Instructions
 

  • In a cereal bowl, mix together yogurt, honey and vanilla. Top with fresh pineapple, chopped macadamia nuts and shredded coconut.
