½cupwater or your favorite nut-milk (I use unsweetened vanilla almond milk)
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a high-powered blender, and umm……BLEND until it’s nice and creamy! Add a little more milk or water if a thinner consistency is desired.
Notes
Option: You know I love getting in my GREENS anytime I can. Add a handful of fresh spinach leaves for extra nutritional boost. I promise – you won’t even taste them!
