Strawberry Protein Shake | PLANT-BASED

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup non-dairy yogurt (we like coconut milk yogurt)
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 tbsp peanut or almond butter
  • ½ scoop Plant-Based Protein Powder
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup water or your favorite nut-milk (I use unsweetened vanilla almond milk)

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in a high-powered blender, and umm……BLEND until it’s nice and creamy! Add a little more milk or water if a thinner consistency is desired.

Notes

Option:
You know I love getting in my GREENS anytime I can. Add a handful of fresh spinach leaves for extra nutritional boost. I promise – you won’t even taste them!
