Overnight Blueberry-Vanilla Chia Oats | PLANT-BASED

Ingredients
  

  • cup rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • ¾ cup vanilla almond milk, unsweetened
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp Sugar-Free Maple Syrup (optional)
  • ¾ cup frozen blueberries

Instructions
 

  • Place everything in a cereal bowl or mason jar. Stir briskly to incorporate everything and to activate the chia seeds. Place in fridge overnight! The next morning, stir and enjoy
