• Lightly wet the edges of 2 martini glasses with a little water, then dip the edges into your Pumpkin pie spiced sugar. Set aside.
• Place Kahlua, vodka and half ‘n half in a shaker with ice, shake and pour into 2 martini glasses. Of course you can serve this the traditional way too, in tumbler glasses filled with ice. You’re the boss of you!
• I like to rim the glasses with a little Pumpkin pie spiced sugar. It really provides just a nice little scent of pumpkin pie and a touch of sweetness without being “too much.”

To make Pumpkin Pie Spice

• Mix together: 1/4 cup coconut sugar or regular sugar + 1 tsp Pumpkin spice. That’s it!
