  • Heat your oven to broil.
  • Place your fig halves cut side up on a cookie sheet. Top each fig-half with a small dollop of goat cheese, pressing a single almond into the top of the cheese.
  • Place figs in the oven and broil until the cheese is soft and the almonds begin to toast. Approximately 2 minutes. Remove from the broiler and let them cool for 5 minutes.
  • Finally – arrange the fig bites on a pretty serving platter, drizzle with a little honey and balsamic – serve ’em up! Happy Holidays!
