Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup non-dairy yogurt (we like coconut-milk yogurt)
- 1 tsp honey
- 1⁄4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1⁄2 cup fresh pineapple chunks
- 3 macadamia nuts chopped
- 1 tb shredded coconut unsweetened
Instructions
- In a cereal bowl, mix together yogurt, honey and vanilla. Top with fresh pineapple, chopped macadamia nuts and shredded coconut.
