Ingredients
- ½ cup frozen mango roughly chopped
- ¼ cup frozen blueberries
- ¼ cup plain, low-fat or non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 cup water or unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1-2 scoops Plant-Based Protein Powder
Instructions
- In a VitaMix or high-powered blender, place all of the ingredients beginning with the liquid (it’ll blend easier that way).
- Blend until desired consistency, adding more liquid if needed.
- Pour into a cold glass and enjoy!
Notes
Use 1 scoop for a snack, 2 scoops to make this into a light lunch / meal replacement.
