Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 scoops NorCal Organic Peanut Butter Protein
- 1 scoop Plant-Based Vanilla Protein Powder
- ½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp Liquid Monkfruit (No-sugar sweetener)
- Handful of baby spinach optional
- ½ cup ice
Instructions
- Blend on high until it is smoothie consistency.
- Pour into a pretty glass and cheers to your good health!
- A VitaMix is optimal, but a high-powered blender works well also.
