Artisan Brandy Citrus and Pineapple Cocktails
Super easy to make-ahead for a crowd, this brandy cocktail with pineapple and fresh citrus is mildly sweet with a touch of holiday spice from nutmeg! Make ahead, store in the fridge, then add club soda and serve over ice when ready. Credit to Food & Wine for the recipe.

Ingredients
- 1½ cups good quality brandy
- ¾ cup pineapple juice
- 6 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 6 tbsp Agave Syrup (or to taste – this is the sweetener)
- Pinch of freshly grated nutmeg
- 1¼ cups chilled club soda
- Thinly sliced lemon for garnish
- Ice
Instructions
- In a pitcher, combine the brandy, pineapple and lime juices, agave syrup and the nutmeg. Refrigerate until nice and cold! About 30 minutes or so.
- When ready to serve, stir in the club soda and serve over ice, garnished with a thin slice of lemon. Bottoms up!
