Fit, healthy, easy and completely addicting! These PLANT-BASED, Overnight Blueberry-Vanilla Chia Oats take only 5 minutes to prepare. Throw the bowl in the fridge overnight, and you’ve got a healthy breakfast or snack waiting for you the next day.

Feel like a sweet evening snack but don’t want to ruin a good day with a bowl of ice cream? A lot of times, this is exactly what I’ll have instead! I find it completely satisfying with just enough sweetness to squash the sweet craving.

Overnight Blueberry-Vanilla Chia Oats | PLANT-BASED

Ingredients
  

  • â…“ cup rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • ¾ cup vanilla almond milk, unsweetened
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp Sugar-Free Maple Syrup (optional)
  • ¾ cup frozen blueberries

Instructions
 

  • Place everything in a cereal bowl or mason jar. Stir briskly to incorporate everything and to activate the chia seeds. Place in fridge overnight! The next morning, stir and enjoy
