Classic, Elegant and Perfect for Nibbling
A well-done cheese and fruit board is a feast for the eyes. It’s got a little something for everyone! A general rule of thumb is to choose a selection of soft, medium and hard cheeses with both mild to sharp flavor profiles. Add a selection of fresh and dried fruits, and a nice selection of crackers and boom! Cheese board!
This particular rendition, is from Ina Garten – one of my favorite culinary experts. It is decadent, yet light with an array of varying textures and flavor profiles. Easy to nibble with a glass of wine in the other hand – score!
