A super flavorful Asian-inspired steak salad – jazzed up with fresh cilantro, roasted peanuts, tossed in a fresh-lime & fish sauce asian dressing. Muah!
Asian Steak Salad
Every once in a while I get a hankering for a good steak, but don’t necessarily want to pile on the calories with potatoes and typical sides. This does the trick! Perfectly seared medium-rare steak gets a kick with a yummy asian-inspired dressing, fresh lime and cilantro!
