Ingredients
- 1 pc 1 piece Ezekial bread, toasted
- 2 tbsp 2 TB Vegan cream cheese
- ⅓ medium avocado, sliced
- Sea salt & fresh ground pepper
- 1 Small handful of arugula
- 3-4 sundried tomatoes, roughly chopped
Instructions
- Toast the Ezekial bread.
- Slather cream cheese over warm toast.
- Layer sliced avocado & sprinkle with sea salt and fresh ground pepper.
- Layer ½ of the sundried tomatoes on top, then arugula & remaining sundried tomatoes. Enjoy!
