Skinny Holidays! 30-Minute Full Body Workout – VIDEO
Let’s workout together! This is WEEK 4 of my Skinny Holidays Workout Series, where every Monday I post a fresh 30-Minute Workout VIDEO on You Tube, that we can do quickly from home! Keeping your normal workout routine during the holidays can be challenging, but we can all carve out 30-Minutes to take care of ourselves. You are worth it!
Here’s the Plan:
+ This is a FULL BODY Workout
+ We will do 3 Rounds of 8 Exercises
+ 45-Seconds On, 15-Seconds Off
+ A full 1-Minute rest after each round
I do the entire first Round WITH you, so we can workout together for inspiration! It’ll also give you a good gauge of the pace to shoot for. That being said – remember to push yourself but do it safely. You know your own body.
There’s No Shame in Modifying a Move – I Have to Do it Too!
If something doesn’t feel right, back off or don’t do it. There are a number of moves that I personally have to modify or I steer away from completely due to past injuries – so there’s no shame in that game! The objective is to stay healthy so that you can workout your entire life 😉

A Few of the Exercises We Will Do:
+ Side Plank Thread-the-Needle (Abs)
+ Front Lunges with Weighted Arm Raise (Glutes, Quads, Core & Shoulders)
+ Side Lunge w/Lateral Arm Raise (Glutes, Quads, Traps, Shoulders & Core)
+ Front Lunge w/Overhead Weight to an Oblique Crunch (Balance, Core, Quads, Obliques)
We’ll do 45-Seconds of each exercise together, plus 15-seconds of rest in between each one. Our puppy Logan, supervises. Actually, he stares at me like WTF?? the entire time. I reminded him that he has fur to hide fat rolls. We humans have to work at it a little harder.
His response – “Uhhh….. Can you throw my blue toy?”
