Ingredients
  

  • cup Pumpkin Puree (unsweetened, no additives)
  • ½ Banana, frozen & sliced
  • ½ cup Vanilla almond milk, unsweetened OR 1/4 cup of the almond milk and 1/4 cup of Nutpods Vanilla no-sugar, non-dairy creamer for a little extra creaminess:
  • ¼ tsp Pumpkin Pie spice, OR Allspice, ground
  • ¼ tsp Cinnamon, ground
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 scoop  non-dairy vanilla protein powder (optional)
  • ½ cup cup ice

Instructions
 

  • Blend all the ingredients & enjoy! Add more Almond Milk if needed!
