Ingredients
  

Crust Ingredients

  • 1 cup  Chickpea Flour
  • 1 cup  Almond Milk, unsweetened
  • 1 tbsp Tahini
  • 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder

Toppings

  • Marinara Sauce, no added-sugar
  • Baby Spinach Leaves, roughly torn
  • Cremini Mushrooms, chopped
  • Red Bell Pepper, julienned
  • Red Onion, sliced thin
  • Kalamata Olives, halved
  • Vegan Cheese, shredded
  • Fresh Basil, roughly torn

Instructions
 

  • Heat oven to 400-degrees
  • Place all crust ingredients into a blender, blend until incorporated.
  • Heat a non-stick pan to medium-high
  • Pour batter in batches – making crusts as large as you wish.
  • Make it like a pancake! Fry each side for about 2-3 minutes.
  • Place on a baking sheet, top with marinara & toppings except for Basil.
  • Bake 20-minutes. Remove and sprinkle basil on top.
  • Enjoy your Plant-Based Pizza!!
