Coconut oil, melted

Maple Syrup, sugar-free

Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 350 degree, Spray an 8x5"loaf pan.
Mash Bananas in a large mixing bowl.
In a small bowl, whisk together oil, maple syrup & eggs. Add to mashed bananas. Mix to incorporate.
Mix in flour, salt, baking powder and cinnamon.
Pour into the loaf pan.
Sprinkle chopped pecans over the top + 1/2 tsp more of cinnamon if you like. I bake it for 40-45 minutes & love it with a cup of Chamomile!
