  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, place all the ingredients EXCEPT for 1/2 of the chopped peanuts and the Cocoa Powder. You’ll be rolling your balls through them.
  • Place other half of chopped Peanuts & Cocoa Powder in 2 separate bowls, for rolling later. Set aside.

Mix 

  • Mix the ingredients lightly, with an electric mixer just to combine everything.

Roll Your Balls

  • Roll into 1.5 – 2″ balls. Roll half through chopped peanuts & the other half through the cocoa powder. Place on baking sheet, and put into the freezer for 3-4 hours.They’re ready to eat!!! Enjoy!
