LEMON POPPYSEED Overnight Chia-Oats | PLANT-BASED + Gluten-Free + Sugar-Free

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Rolled Oats, gluten-free
  • 2 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • tsp Poppy Seeds
  • tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tbsp Maple-flavored Monkfruit Sweetener
  • ¼ tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1 tsp Lemon Zest (about 1/2 a lemon)
  • 2 tsp Lemon Juice, fresh squeezed
  • 1 cup Vanilla Almond Milk, unsweetened
  • Thinly slice the other half of the lemon for garnishing

Instructions
 

  • In a medium mixing bowl, place all ingredients except for the lemon slices that are for garnishing.
  • Give it a good mix – then either pour into an airtight container OR into 2 individual containers or Mason Jars.
  • Place in the fridge overnight – that’s it! In the morning, stir, garnish with a lemon slice and enjoy!
