In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together milk, Matcha and liquid monk fruit sweetener until matcha is incorporated.
You can also give it a quick whir in a blender!Mix in the Chia Seeds. It will be very soupy – that’s normal! The seeds will soak up all of the liquid over the course of a few hours, making a pudding-like consistency.
Plan in fridge, coming back in an hour, to stir the mixture. Let sit for 3-4 hours. Dish it up and enjoy!!
