Chia Seeds
Optional: Garnish with fresh berries and unsweetened,
shredded coconut
Instructions
Place all ingredients except the Chia Seeds, into a blender and give it a quick whir until everything is incorporated and smooth.
Pour into a medium sized bowl. Add Chia Seeds and stir well.
Let sit for about an hour, then give it another good stir. The seeds will stick together – so just stir it well.
Place in the Fridge for 3-4 hours
or
overnight. Dish it up. That’s it!
Notes
Enjoy "as is" or garnish with fresh berries, a sprinkle of unsweetened coconut and sprig of fresh mint. Enjoy it!!
