vanilla almond milk, unsweetened

maple syrup

tsp vanilla extract

ground cinnamon

ground ginger

ground cardamom

ground cloves
a few turns of fresh cracked black pepper

cup
chia seeds

cup rolled oats
Instructions
In a medium sized mixing bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients except for the chia seeds and oats.
Next, add in chia seeds and oats. Whisk to incorporate and to activate the gelling of the chia seeds.
Place in fridge and let set at least 4-hours or overnight.
Serve: Scoop desired serving into a bowl & heat to warm. Pour a little almond milk on top if ya like.
Notes
Heads-up:
If you made your CHAI SPICE MIX – use 2 tsps of that instead of the ground spices above.
