Plain Greek Yogurt, reduced fat

low-fat mayonnaise

apple cider vinegar

water

celery, thinly sliced on the diagonal

apple, thinly sliced
¾
cup
chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
½
cup
slivered almonds, or walnuts roughly chopped
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, mayonnaise, vinegar, water, salt and pepper.
Add in the celery, apple, parsley and almonds. Toss to coat, transfer to a pretty serving dish and serve!
