Sprinkling of Cinnamon
Instructions
In a small mixing bowl, mash together the Banana & Cottage Cheese (I used a potato masher). Give it a quick stir to ensure it’s all incorporated.
Add in Almond milk, Vanilla, Oats & Chia Seeds – Mix together.
That’s it! Place in fridge overnight.
The next morning, just stir and top with walnuts, coconut, a few banana slices a shake of cinnamon and splash of almond milk if you like. Prefer it warm? No problem – just microwave for 30-seconds or so. Enjoy!
