Ab-solutely Amazing Abs! 30 Minute Workout

These are 4 of my personal favorite Ab exercises! I do these about 5x a week, sometimes 6. Not only will they provide definition (in addition to a clean diet), they’ll also strengthen your core, and flatten the tummy.

Do this workout 4-5 times a week, plus a clean diet and you’ll start to notice a tighter, firmer midsection and even a little washboard within 6-8 weeks. These are the exact exercises that I do myself!
