Ingredients
- ½ cup Plain Coconut-milk yogurt (or any non-dairy)
- ½ cup fresh strawberries, cut into chunks
- ¼ cup fresh blackberries
- 4 raw almonds, chopped
- 2 tsp flax-seed meal or wheat germ
Instructions
- In a cereal bowl, mix the yogurt, berries and 1tsp of the flax-seed meal or wheat germ.
- Sprinkle with almonds and remaining tsp of flax-seed meal and enjoy!
