Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups water or unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- Large handful of baby spinach leaves
- ½ cup frozen pineapple
- ½ frozen banana, sliced into chunks so it’ll blend easier
- 1-2 scoops Plant-Based Protein Powder
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- small handful of ice cubes
Instructions
- In a VitaMix or high-powered blender, place all of the ingredients beginning with the liquid (it’ll blend easier that way). Blend until desired consistency, adding more liquid if needed. Pour into a cold glass and enjoy!
Notes
Use 1 scoop for a snack, 2 scoops to make this into a light lunch / meal replacement.
