Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cups water or unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • Large handful of baby spinach leaves
  • ½ cup frozen pineapple
  • ½ frozen banana, sliced into chunks so it’ll blend easier
  • 1-2 scoops Plant-Based Protein Powder
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • small handful of ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • In a VitaMix or high-powered blender, place all of the ingredients beginning with the liquid (it’ll blend easier that way).  Blend until desired consistency, adding more liquid if needed.  Pour into a cold glass and enjoy! 

Notes

Use 1 scoop for a snack, 2 scoops to make this into a light lunch / meal replacement.
