Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp pure maple syrup, organic
  • ½ cup fresh strawberries organic, sliced
  • ¼ cup fresh blueberries organic
  • 1 tbsp slivered almonds (or whole almonds, chopped)

Instructions
 

  • The night before, in a cereal bowl combine everything except for the almonds.  Give it good mix and place in the fridge overnight.  The next morning – just stir, sprinkle on the almonds & enjoy.  

Notes

This is a pretty decent sized serving.  I normally end up eating about ½ or so for breakfast, then either enjoy the other half as a snack after the gym OR for breakfast again the next morning . If you’re starving (we all have those mornings!)  – you can of course, eat the whole thing at once.  I’ve done that. 😉
