Pineapple, Spinach & Chia Protein Smoothie | PLANT BASED
Packed with vitamin-c rich spinach, chia seeds for fiber and muscle repairing protein powder – this really has it all. Oh – and it tastes like vacation, so there’s that.
In a VitaMix or high-powered blender, place all of the ingredients beginning with the liquid (it’ll blend easier that way). Blend until desired consistency, adding more liquid if needed. Pour into a cold glass and enjoy!
