Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • ¼ cup non-dairy yogurt (we like coconut milk yogurt)
  • ½ scoop non-dairy vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbsp Hemp Seeds
  • 1 cup baby spinach leaves, lightly packed
  • ½ banana
  • ½ cup frozen strawberries
  • ½ cup frozen blackberries
  • ½ cup frozen raspberries

Instructions
 

  • Place ingredients into a VitaMix or high-powered blender in the order written. Placing liquids and lighter ingredients nearest to the blades will allow easier blending. Blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into a cold glass and enjoy!
