¼cup non-dairy yogurt (we like coconut milk yogurt)
½scoop non-dairy vanilla protein powder
1tbspHemp Seeds
1cup baby spinach leaves, lightly packed
½banana
½cup frozen strawberries
½cup frozen blackberries
½cup frozen raspberries
Instructions
Place ingredients into a VitaMix or high-powered blender in the order written. Placing liquids and lighter ingredients nearest to the blades will allow easier blending. Blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into a cold glass and enjoy!
