Ingredients

+ 2 bags (18-oz) Sugar Free
Chocolate Chips
+ 1 TB Coconut Oil
(or butter)
+ 1/2 tsp Almond Extract
+ Pinch of Salt
+ 1/2 cup each of: Hazelnuts, Almonds, Pecans
+ 1 cup, no-sugar
dried cherries
Instructions
Heat oven to 350.
Toast nuts on baking sheet, 8-12 min. Remove & allow to cool.
Place chocolate, coconut oil, almond extract & salt in a microwave-safe bowl.
Microwave in 30-sec increments, stirring each time until melted.
Pour nuts & cherries into chocolate mixture, stir to coat.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper + Pour chocolate/nut mixture on parchment paper, & spread to 1/2″ thick.
Sprinkle with a little Sea Salt
Place in Fridge or Freezer for 30-minutes.
BREAK into Shards & Enjoy!
