VEGAN Hazelnut, Pecan, Almond CHOCOLATE BARK | No Added-Sugar

Ingredients
  

  • + 2 bags (18-oz) Sugar Free Chocolate Chips
  • + 1 TB Coconut Oil (or butter)
  • + 1/2 tsp Almond Extract
  • + Pinch of Salt
  • + 1/2 cup each of: Hazelnuts, Almonds, Pecans
  • + 1 cup, no-sugar dried cherries

Instructions
 

  • Heat oven to 350.
  • Toast nuts on baking sheet, 8-12 min. Remove & allow to cool.
  • Place chocolate, coconut oil, almond extract & salt in a microwave-safe bowl.
  • Microwave in 30-sec increments, stirring each time until melted.
  • Pour nuts & cherries into chocolate mixture, stir to coat.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper + Pour chocolate/nut mixture on parchment paper, & spread to 1/2″ thick.
  • Sprinkle with a little Sea Salt
  • Place in Fridge or Freezer for 30-minutes.
  • BREAK into Shards & Enjoy!
