Creamy Vanilla-Peach Overnight Oats | PLANT-BASED

- ¾ cup cups uncooked rolled oats
- ¾ cup coconut-milk yogurt (or any non-dairy)
- ¾ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
- ½ tsp pure vanilla
- 1 big peach diced into chunks
- 2 tbsp slivered almonds
The night before, mix all of the ingredients together in a medium bowl, except for the almonds.
Divide into 2 containers, place in the fridge overnight.
The next morning, sprinkle 1 TB of slivered almonds on top and enjoy!
