Peaches and vanilla – need I say more? Add oats, any non-dairy yogurt (we love coconut-milk yogurt) and a few other goodies for a luxuriously healthy PLANT-BASED breakfast!

Ingredients
  

  • ¾ cup cups uncooked rolled oats
  • ¾ cup coconut-milk yogurt (or any non-dairy)
  • ¾ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • ½ tsp pure vanilla
  • 1 big peach diced into chunks
  • 2 tbsp slivered almonds

Instructions
 

  • The night before, mix all of the ingredients together in a medium bowl, except for the almonds.
  • Divide into 2 containers, place in the fridge overnight.  
  • The next morning, sprinkle 1 TB of slivered almonds on top and enjoy!
