unsweetened almond (or your favorite nut-milk)

honey, to taste

vanilla extract

fresh blueberries

chopped almonds
Instructions
In a cereal bowl add chia seeds, almond milk, honey and vanilla.
Mix well to incorporate.
Place in the fridge overnight.
To Serve
The next morning, stir the mixture, adding more milk if you like.
Top with fresh blueberries, chopped almonds and enjoy!
Serve in a tall glass with a sprig of fresh mint, if you wanna get fancy with guests 😉
