You know how sometimes it’s the smallest of gestures that instantly gets you super giddy-happy in a hot-second? Like seal-clapping the hands & jumping up and down happy? C’mon – I know you know what I mean. For me it’s opening a gift bag, digging through the tissue hoping it’s not a scarf and seeing that iconic white rectangular box with black writing that says Sees Candies. SO freaking happy!!!

This is what creating a THERA-BOX for your bestie, sister or mom will do for her! It’s really easy and super fun to be creative, adding little things that you know she’ll love. It doesn’t have to be expensive – just thoughtful!! Include things that will make her feel pampered and taken care of – plus a little something to nibble on. It’s always fun to find a little treat! Can you tell I love to snack?

The THERA-BOX I made for our Dog-walker

AKA, My Mom

The story goes like this: A couple weeks ago, I tore a ligament in my elbow filming a workout video. Ugh. So my mom, being the saint that she is, has been coming to the house every morning for the past week – to take the dogs for an hour-long walk. I know. I kinda lucked out in the “awesome parents” department.

Anyway, I wanted to get her a little something as a “Thank You,” so I put together this pretty little Thera-box filled with things I know she loves like essential oils, CBD lotion, Chai tea and a few other goodies that you’ll see below.

I like to keep a few pretty boxes on-hand. Ya Never Know – right!?

Here’s What I Did:

I started with this gorgeous Pink Box with Pink Satin Ribbon that I bought on Amazon. It’s a 7″ square & 5″ tall. It comes with shredded pink paper (like tinsel but not shiny) so it works perfectly to nest in all the goodies!

Start with a pretty box. I love this one by Hallmark and bought a few just to have on-hand. 7″ Square x 5″ Tall.

Next, I filled the box with goodies that I know she loves OR has been wanting to try:

Tazo, Organic Chai Tea

Kate Somerville, Exfoliator & Mask

Vitruvi, Essential Oils

I added my FAVORITE Sugar-Free Almond Sea-Salt Chocolate Bark …. hoping she’ll share.

Seriously – if you love chocolate, but want to keep it shuga-free – you NEED THESE!! Choc Zero has a line of sugar-free chocolates that are sweetened with Monk Fruit, a natural sugar substitute. I swear you will NOT know they are sugar-free. Try!!

Finally, I placed mom’s THERA-BOX in a pretty gift-bag with tissue paper and delivered it to their house. She loved it ;-). And that’s it!! You can easily order everything online, have it delivered and just make up the box. It’s easy and fun to be creative – especially knowing how much you’ll make someones day. Try!
