Hi Cherine – Thanks for the compliment! YES – I definitely do a lil’ “extra sumthin” to my legs, especially when I want to wear shorts or a leg-baring dress:
First, I use a good moisturizing Body Scrub in the shower to really scrub off dead skin cells and flakiness. I like Jo Malone, or Josie Maran Sugar Scrub – but use your favorite.
Second, AS SOON as I exit the shower, I lightly pat my legs dry, leaving them damp – and immediately slather Neutrogena Body Oil all over them, and allow the oil to soak in while I do makeup, hair, brush teeth. Putting the oil on while legs are warm & damp allows the oil to penetrate skin more effectively.
This gives them a nice smooth, hydrated look – and they FEEL baby soft. I use the same method with arms & shoulders. If I’m filming, or going out – I swipe a little Josie Maran Illuminizer onto my shins, kneecaps, shoulders for a glowy look.
Hope this helps!

HI SHELLI! I’M CONSIDERING ULTHERAPY FOR THE FACE & NECK.
WHAT PART OF YOUR BODY DID YOU GET ULTHERAPY? CAN YOU SHOW PHOTOS BEFORE & AFTER? WHAT DID YOU THINK OF RESULTS?
THANK YOU!!!
Hi there – I had 3 Ultherapy treatments spaced 6 months apart, on my face & neck ( whatever I do on my face – I ALWAYS include the neck). I don’t have before pics, but I can tell you that I’ve seen about a 15% improvement along the jawline & jowls – which I am completely happy with.
Ultherapy is something done BEFORE a facelift is “needed” – when you want a little lift, but aren’t ready for / don’t need the big enchilada. It’s also not a one and done treatment – it’s recommended to get 1x/year maintenance treatment to keep up the results.
Overall I’m happy with it, but make SURE to fully consult with your medical professional to ensure that your goals are achievable. For example – my nurse had shared that a 60-year old woman wanted to completely tighten her jawline and face. Ultherapy would not have helped her to achieve the look she wanted – as a more invasive procedure (facelift) was needed.
Hope this helps!

HI SHELLI, I JUST CAME ACROSS YOUR INSTAGRAM PROFILE AND YOUR YOUTUBE CHANNEL AND I LOVE THEM.. MY QUESTION IS DO YOU HAVE A WORKOUT SCHEDULE FOR A WEEK? FOR EXAMPLE IS MONDAY ARMS TUESDAY CARDIO AND SO ON…I WOULD LOVE ANY ADVICE YOU CAN GIVE ME..
THANKS YOU!
CHRISTINE
Hi Christine, I’m so happy that you’re loving the channel – welcome to the community!! OK – for a Weekly Workout Schedule, 2 things:
- I workout 5/x week, with 1-Day “off” & 1-Day for Yoga. Based off of this Format…..
- I’ve created a ONE-WEEK PLAYLIST for you (and everyone!) on my Channel: Youtube 1-WEEK WORKOUT SCHEDULE, PLAYLIST: https://bit.ly/3hzm9By
Do the Schedule for a full month. This allows you to get comfy with the exercises, which usually means you’ll get more out of it.
You’ll see all of the workouts, in order on the Playlist – but here’s an overview:
MONDAY: 40-Minute Full Body.
TUES: 20-Min All Cardio + 12-Min Ripped Abs (2 Videos)
WED: 30-Min Tone & Sculpt.
THURS: DAY OFF/RECOVER!
FRI: 15-Min Cardio Fat Burner + 30-Min Flat Tummy & Tight Booty. (2-videos)
SUNDAY: 55-Min Yoga – to reset, stretch and center. This particular video is the one I’m LOVING & doing myself ;-). It’s by “Floating Yoga School.” The woman who teaches it is SUPER RELAXING, lol.
Enjoy!

HI SHELLI. ARE THERE ANY FAST FOOD PLACES YOU LIKE WHERE I CAN GET SOMETHING HEALTHY?
Hi there – that’s a good question. I know that a lot of us are super busy, and not always able to make something healthy to eat. I don’t recommend traditional fast-food restaurants because what they call “healthy,” I’d call highly processed and more than likely full of sugar and additives we don’t want in our body.
INSTEAD, try “healthy convenience” foods sold at places like Urban Remedy or Whole Foods. Urban Remedy is my personal go-to. They are an Organic, Plant-Based, non-GMO Ready-to-Eat “convenience store” of healthy To-Go salads, soups and other healthy goodies. You can either grab a salad to go, or order meal delivery service online. I’m not a paid sponsor for them – I just love their healthy food!
Hope this helps!

HI SHELLI. THANKS SO MUCH FOR WRITING ABOUT SUGAR. I’VE BEEN TRYING TO BE HEALTHIER THIS YEAR BY EATING LOW FAT & DIDN’T REALIZE THAT THE PROBLEM ISN’T THE FAT, IT’S THE SUGAR!!
Hi there! Omg, I’m so happy to hear this! It’s exactly why I wanted to really delve into the sugar-issues we have as a country. It can be so frustrating to feel overweight, unhealthy and lethargic, and not know why. Of course there can always be other reasons, but the Sugar that permeates our entire food-culture is a key culprit, and once we understand and begin eliminating it – the changes are astounding!
Hi Shelli, I love your straightforward no-nonsense approach to everything! I watched your recent Q&A video and you have gorgeous skin on your legs. Do you follow a particular routine to achieve this? Thanks and best wishes, Cherine
