No Equipment | Just 20-Min of Super-Charged Cardio!
I’m often asked, “Which is more important, Cardio or Weights?” The answer is: Both. Weights Strengthen, Tone and Sculpt your body – plus help greatly with injury prevention.
Cardio helps to keep ya Lean, Burn Calories and of course it’s good for your heart and releases those feel-good endorphins!
That being said, when I’m in a real pinch for time and have to choose – I choose Cardio. Why? Because I get a bigger high from a good Cardio pump, than weight-lifting. Plus I know I’ll burn more calories – so there’s that.
This All-Cardio Detox Workout is tough. I’m not a halfway kinda gal – it’s pretty much 150% or 0%, so if I’m going to make a workout video that’s only 20-minutes, it HAS to be worth your time. Otherwise, I’ve failed you – and that’s no-bueno in my book. ;-/
This Workout is “Super-Charged” because we do a Full Minute of each exercise. It’s hard, so do what you can!
