Quads & Booty in 30-Minutes

Well….. it’s the week after Thanksgiving and IDK about you, but I’m feeling like a huge, stuffed turkey! I decided to do a workout focusing on Quads and Booty, simply because our Quads are the largest group of muscles in our body which means burning more calories. I’ll take it!

You’ll notice that most all of the video exercises that work your quads, also incorporate the booty (glutes), for greater efficiency. Oh – and if you’re motivated by a cute new outfit (me! me!)…. you may find a little inspo here
